Our Requirements:

One Color

 

A laser printout showing position.

Two or more colors:

A composite laser printout showing position
Laser printouts of each separation
Laser separations allow us and you to catch color and font problems

Software:

Personal Printing uses Windows 10, Windows 7 Professional, Cloud base and MAC operating systems.

Acceptable Programs:

Word, InDesign, Acrobat, PageMaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, After effects

Acceptable file types:

.psd, .tif, .jpg, .pdf, .eps, .ai, .indd

*We cannot guarantee color matching to customer supplied proofs.*

Send ALL FONTS files used in the publication.

Set up all artwork TO SCALE.
Include 1/8" bleeds where necessary.

PDFs:

Make them the correct size (i.e. NOT 8 1/2 x 11")
Embed all fonts & links - Use correct colors

*WE CANNOT MAKE ALTERATIONS TO JPEG & PNG FILES*

Be sure to have 1/8" bleed in the artwork on all sides which copy is to bleed.
